Side Quest in Oceans Heights.
Coming into Ocean Heights from Downtown, go Right, Up, and then continue left until you see Kaori (Purple-haired girl) and talk to her. She tells you Yamada (2nd boss from the original RCG) won't leave her alone, so agree to help her to start. You'll be locked into the area and several waves of 2 enemies will spawn until you beat them all. Keep fighting until Yamada strikes up a dialogue and shortly after, the Side Quest will end and the achievement should pop.
