Warning!! In the room (kitchen) where Enoki is, make sure to clear out all the enemies first. After the dialogue with Enoki he gives you the last keycard to open next door to the primo boss fight. There is a little bit of dialogue between the two girls but if you get hit during that bit of dialogue the girls don't finish their talking and the door stays locked. You can reload checkpoint and all that but it won't help. You can start all over. I speak from experience

Story related. You earn it when you beat Primo.
