For this achievement you have to find and do 7 Selfies in the game. The quest that the Selfie locations appears in your game is located in Crosstown - Riverside Rest Area (2 areas under the bus station under your hideout) After you have do the last selfie, the reward automatically unlocks.

ill have to do this during ng+ i talked to godai, he's gone and none of the selfie icons show up.

You're able to wait in the rest area for the Flatirons Selfie instead of reseting the area. The game has an in-game time system that moves very fast. You can check it on your phone and once it hits 9PM it becomes nighttime.

The quest is located in "Crosstown". You need to take 7 selfies. It is also worth noting that selfies near hot springs are taken at night. You can check your game time by pausing the game in the upper right corner of your phone.
