Similar to the boomerang achievement, obviously in this case you need a 2nd player to throw a dodge ball to the person who want the achievement, your friend or you must press

To catch the volleyball you need tap the block button 
or 
just before it hits you. Same principle as when you would try to parry an enemy attack.
Can be achieved alone, if you have a second controller at hand.
