"On the 'Plant hydrocactus seed' level of adventure 5 (The Sandwall) it's on the right hand side of the level right near the start, just to the right of one of the hydrocactus seed spots. It's behind some tall reeds and there is a chest just to the left of it." taken from aww0's comment on the other solution.

I don't remember having any problem with the achievements not unlocking in this game. I hope you are able to get it, have you tried looking at a video of the location to be absolutely sure you did it?

The caving in achievement is glitched i did it like 5vtimes

What worked for me is to die inside the cave. When i respawned it unlocked straight away (as of today) :)

This secret cave is in The Sandwall levels. The entrance to the secret is on the last level prior to the boss. It is to the right of the exit and "hidden" behind some tall reeds.

Edited for specific section information.
