How to unlock the Privacy, Please! achievement in Riverbond - Definitive Guide

Level: Hogmarsh Hollow
In the 3rd area where you have to find the leather of intent. From the start of that area go straight on the lower level and pass the house With the glowing entrance on your left, just after that house on the left is a brown wooden outhouse on the dock break it open and talk to mr oopay and the achievement is all yours.

Wow, I think it's because there's so many riverbond achievments that it says I'm at 100% even before I have this one, my last. I think its not regisering because of that.

To the guy above, go into the house with the glowing entrance near Mr Oopay that OP mentioned, there you will find a silver key. Then exit the house and go northeast for a screen or so and then you can hop up some steps to the northwest to use the key. In this house u have to fight a bunch of piggies and when u defeat the big one u get the leather.
