If you've been grinding the skill tree in campaign mode. The bottom skill tree for cash has 3 different level skips you can unlock. With these you can use to to farm cash pretty easily.
Here's the jest. Start a new campaign at Level 9 when prompted. Once you have the skill unlocked. This starts you off with $10,000. Simply quit out and the achievement should be tracking. Do this as many times as needed for the unlock.

Just as a bit of an addition, follow the above and use Gordon Gekko (has the 150% money gain skill) each quit out nets you $13,440 vs $7000 or $9240 with other riders. May save you a few quit outs depending on how much more you needed.
