This trophy can be found during the John Lackmine quest in Hildewulf Mine, which can be found North of Conisbrough Castle.
To access the secret room containing this wine you must first grab the lever from the same room that you free the prisoner from a cage. Shortly after, and just before falling down the trap door, you can find a switch on the right-hand side wall that is missing its lever. Place the lever and activate the switch.
A secret room will now be opened on the left of the passageway. Head into the room and look behind the shelf on the right to find the wine lying on the ground.
