This is one of the main quest lines in Peak District “To save Sandal Castle”
The achievement doesn’t pop once you kill Milton. You’ll need to finish up the quest line.
I used explosive arrows to dispatch of his guards as quick as possible. Archers will set the place on fire in due time leaving you less area to run. I used ironhead arrows to the legs to stagger Milton, then jump on him with my sword. Rinse and repeat. You will burn so be prepared with Yarrow potion and balm!
