After completing the story quest “what you see is what you get” by increasing your reputation in the Barnsdale area to at least 40% speak to Tuck back at your camp. After a short discussion, this achievement will unlock. You increase your reputation by completing quests and clearing bandit camps in the Barnsdale (green) starting northeast region of the world map.
