MISSABLE!!!

This achievement can be attempted during the Archery Tournament side quest found in the far North of the Peak District. This location is only accessible after conquering the castle in the region.

First things first, this achievement sucks. It sucks more than any other achievement I've ever gone for and it will test all of your patience. Be prepared for a grind.

With that out of the way. Here are some tips that really helped me out:

1. Get the best bow you can (This should be the Solid Bow).
2. Buy the three Eagle Eye and Sharpshooter perks from the skill tree.
3. Set your controller sensitivity to the minimum.
4. Sleep until it is dusk (Not night). The target is much easier to see at this time.
5. Use the bed near the archery range to make it quicker to return for each attempt.
6. Always position yourself in the front left corner of the booth for more consistent shots.
7. Centralise your reticle on the bullseye before shooting.
8. Wait until you are completely steady before aiming and firing.
9. Press as you begin to draw your bow to give yourself more control over when to release your arrow. This also seems to make the arrow fly in a straighter, and more consistent, line.
10. Release the arrow just after you have reached full draw for the straightest possible shots.

I FINALLY DID IT!

The tournament seems almost impossible to hit 5 bullseyes... but i promise you it will eventually happen if you stick to it. You will most likely find yourself reloading the same checkpoint for hours until you finally get lucky enough to hit all 5. The aiming is never consistent, even aiming in the same spot every time.

The sweet spot seems to be dead center, 1 pixel into the white above the red circle. I did this on PC, I imagine this would be close to impossible on console. I can't tell you how many times I got 4/5.

Tips:

• Max out all accuracy, slow motion, and energy related bow skills
• Obtain the best possible bow that you can (Distance)
• Create a quicksave shortcut by saving in your camp, then fast traveling back to Wakefield.
• Under controls, lower your character sensitivity all of the way
• Use Precise Mode
• Have many hours of patience and hopefully some luck
