There is a total of three movement upgrades to be bought. Only one is required for this achievement.
(Performance Motor) - Upgradium Cost = 75
(Super Spring Jump System) - Upgradium Cost = 75
(Super Mega Jump-Flip System) - Upgradium Cost = 100
(Note: Purchase of any of the above upgrades will stop all progress towards the Spartan Blitz Achievement.)

Just play the game and get enough upgradium to purchase the one of the jump upgrades. Very easy.
