This is a pretty long series of story missions that are definitely the toughest in the game. In the beginning, you'll be a chaotic Downtown area dealing with riots and all kinds of fights. You'll have to fight another one of those big robot bosses on the streets, but the strategy is the same as the others. The main issue here to take note of is when you're dealing with the Vultures for that objective. Inside, you need to be extremely careful of explosives. There are explosive barrels everywhere, and one bullet in them kills you and you need to start over. Choose your shots very carefully to avoid shooting any barrels. After that, you have to disarm a bomb by cutting nine wires correctly in under a minute. I'm not sure if this is randomized or not, but I found the first set of three on the left to be the hardest to discern where the wires were going. I just did trial and error to find the right first one there. The other two sets of three are easier because, at least for me, the highest voltage wire was a different color from the other two, making that a quick first one to cut, and then it was easier to see where the other two went.
