How to unlock the SuperCop achievement in RoboCop: Rogue City - Definitive Guide

The easiest way to get this achievement is to wait till the first biker mission (Street Vultures' Turf). You'll get the Unwanted Goods sub-quest along the way, requiring you to destroy the drug cache. In the same room with the drugs you'll find the Tier 3.3 Motherboard which gives your pistol auto-reload, meaning an uninterrupted supply of bullets. With this, you will master the shooting range without effort.

Grab the motherboard tier 5.3 later in the game which has both full auto and auto feeder. No reload and just hold the trigger button down moving left to right. Focus upgrade helps as well.

Jesus I got 909 without any of the focus upgrades. As long as you have auto reload then you're golden.

Can be done right after the first mission when you visit the police station for the first time. No upgrades needed, did this first try.

I scored 250 points but the achievement did not pop. Does it have to be over 250?

I scored 381 points at the end of the game with Focus fully upgraded, autofire and no reload. Thanks for the help!

This quest is in the quarry. Take the first right and watch for land mines. The mission this is in is a long one, so I figured it'd help people to know when to look for the side quest.

In this guide we will show you how to achieve a high score in the shooting gallery to earn the "SuperCop" Achievement/Trophy in RoboCop: Rogue City.

In the basement of the police station in RoboCop: Rogue City, there is a shooting gallery where you can "sharpen your aim" and also test any upgrades you have unlocked on your pistol. In some missions you'll also be asked to record a certain shooting score, but this score is usually low.

However, there are three Achievements/Trophies associated with your shooting performance, "Dead-On", "This Guy is Really Good" and "SuperCop". The last one asks you to log 250 points, a score that is quite attainable at the beginning of the game, even if you haven't unlocked upgrades for your weapon.

So to achieve this score, you'll need to get to at least the fourth wave in the shooting gallery. The first wave is the easiest, so using fine aim (hold down L2/LT), make sure you always aim at the targets' heads. The second wave is a bit more difficult, but you still have plenty of time to aim more accurately at the targets' heads.

From the third wave onwards things get more serious, as more and more targets are now coming at you and the timeframe gets tighter. Our advice is to start aiming at the chest of the targets to minimize the chances of missing, and leave the headshots for individual targets only. If you miss then you will waste ammo and possibly have to reload in the middle of the process, which can be disastrous.

If despite our advice you continue to struggle, then perhaps you should try later when you've unlocked some upgrades to your gun's motherboard.

I got this achievement by using the Omni Board - Tier 4.3 configured with no penalties and the auto-loader option enabled. With this configured I had my magazine capacity at 39%, weapons spread at 18%, reload speed at 40%, and weapon damage at 69%.

I just sprayed bullets at the targets, focusing on just knocking them down rather than getting high points. To assist with the jerky swaying motion I changed the sensitivity controls for the control to 60 on the X axis and 0 on the Y axis. This gave me a bit more speed on the back-and-forth movement, but slowed the up and down to minimal so that I could focus on just moving back and forth with high shots and minimal need to focus on headshots or otherwise.

It took several times and was frustrating, but it's not that bad with this setup.

Shooting range is in the basement of Police Station.
Those achievements are actualy quite easy although some say SuperCop is the hardest achievement in this game.
I was able to knock all three on my first try. Just aim at the head and concentrate. Time your reloads. When notification saying you need to reload appears you have 2 more shots in the mag.

If you have trouble with this one wait till later. You'll be able to get back to shooting range with upgraded gun.

The other solutions are not the easiest way to unlock this. Wasted far too much time early in the game with board 3.3. The auto reload helps but bullets were slow to fire and were inaccurate.

Save this achievement for last as you will return to the shooting range after taking down the final boss. The reason for this is, in the Arms Expo level Hall B is the 6.0 board, left of the exit in a drawer.

This has auto reload but has fully automatic fire. Use the left bumper slow down in the unlikely event of a target getting too close. First try using this method I scored over 600.

You'll be introduced to the shooting range after finishing the first main mission, when you're back at the police station. You return to the police station between every single main mission. While you can certainly attempt to score 250 points on your first visit to the police station, and it is possible, it's significantly harder than it needs to be, so I don't recommend even attempting it.

Wait until you get PCB motherboards. In particular, one you can get in the third main mission, "Street" Vulture's Turf," is the first one you can get that eliminates the need to reload. That ability, which is present on a couple different PCB motherboards you'll find throughout the game, is the best thing in the game, and what makes the shooting range a piece of cake.

With the ability received for no reloads, you can now tear through the shooting range. For the first wave, feel free to aim for headshots to get points, but it's not necessary. The second wave, headshots are still possible, but it's time to stop bothering with them. I actually just hip fired toward the targets, holding rt.png the entire time, and it would tear through them, getting multiple shots per target. You'll see you can easily shoot past the 250-point mark. See my clip below where I'm just hip hiring at targets and have no issues.

Strategy: Go for all headshots: Worth more points. Use Slow motion whenever you feel you need even if you only get a fraction of a second, might help you get that shot and continue.

A strange trick I found with this is that you can kind of use a mouse if you want to get more accurate shots. However, it doesn't seem to have standard mouse support.

If you move the mouse it just shifts the compass/radar at the top. However, if you ever so slightly nudge the right-stick on your controller in a direction then you get full mouse control.

What I did was ever so slightly nudge the stick to the left so there was very slow, slight movement to the left which was easy to counteract with the mouse control. That way I could get much faster and more accurate aim than the controller.

You can do this at any time when in the station, even right at the beginning of the game like I did.

There is a shooting range in the basement of the station. You are explicitly sent here as part of the main story mission right at the beginning of the game, but it is entirely possible to go there and get the trophy before that point. You fail when any of the targets reaches you, though you do have a good full second or so to shoot any target that gets this close and can still continue scoring.

There seems to be somewhat of an element of randomness to the scoring, but fundamentally it seems that headshots are worth 5 points and center mass is worth 3. I highly recommend headshots only on the first two waves, and as many as you can manage on wave 3 before going on center mass damage control. It makes all the difference going into wave 4 with 225 points instead of 135.

I did the entire thing zoomed in with LT, but my X sensitivity was also 95. This early in the game I cannot speak from experience, but I keep hearing that you can unlock infinite ammo for Robocop's auto pistol which will probably make this trivial. If you do not have this mod, I would strongly recommend reloading your pistol when you get any opportunity. It takes much longer to reload when you run the gun dry than it does to swap magazines.

Finally, a score of exactly 250 does not count and you must score *more than* 250 points. I managed to reach exactly 250 points twice and the trophy did not pop.

You will get to the station after each mission, so it is not urgent. Wait for the opportunity to upgrade your weapon by increasing its clip and replacing burst shooting with continuous shooting. Then go to the shooting range, you’ll do it without any problems.

With the 3.3 board you need to shoot without aiming. Just pinch and move the cursor over the targets. You need to go through 4 waves of meshes.

If you play with an aim, sometimes it will be very difficult to keep up between the outer targets if they are coming at the same time.

During the mission at the metallurgical plant there will be a side mission to destroy drug stocks; in the room with them there will be a printed circuit board 3-3. Her special skills are endless cartridges and a shotgun effect (only longer-range), we pump up this board, go to the shooting range, hold down the trigger and not a single mannequin will pass by. I myself scored about 400 points, the shooting range, as I understand it, will not end if you don’t miss a single dummy

I didn’t upgrade anything, immediately after the first mission I went to the shooting range and shot targets only in the head. Knocked out the first time - 271 points.
