During the Mission "The Weight Of The Badge" you play as Alex Murphy before he was Robocop, you just have to die at any point during this mission. I just changed the difficulty to extreme, ran in, let them kill me and the achievement popped.

The fourth mission "The Weight of the Badge" is a flashback mission where you play as Alex Murphy, the trophy will pop after any enemy in the mission kills you.

On any mission you play as Alex Murphy in a flashback, just stand still during an enemy encounter and wait til you die. Easy.
