Defeat a boss without taking a single point of damage to unlock this achievement. I recommend lowering difficultly for this achievement. The caterpillar boss who rides a track is especially easy. As soon as the fight starts, use the bounce pad to jump up to the platform, safely away from the rising acid. From that point, you should be able to defeat thr boss before the acid reaches you.
