Just use the Hero Cape slam on five enemies while playing as Superbot to unlock - Enemies don't need to all die or anything. Can be done on any difficulty in any area so you can just knock it out in the Canyons on Discovery if you want

Very simple and easy way is to just go into the shooting range, Basecamp.
Click the button to the left to start the shooting range. You'll see 4 little bots in the front 2 rows and on top are 2 little fly bots. Just go there and wait until they're lined up (or just spam Hero Cape slam like me) and you will hit 5 enemies.
Achievement unlocked!

This is by far the fastest and easiest solution. Done it as soon as I unlocked Superbot.
