First of all, I consider that you have unlocked all the paths before making this achievement. The route to take is as follows to reach level 15 on Discovery difficulty:

- Canyon
- Ruins
- Scrapyard
- Fields
- Doom garden
- Aqua station
- Energy Center or Fusion Core
- Haven City
- District 13
- The Moon

Is there more to this? I went through each map as stated but not achievement.

You need to kill all ennemis on all zone of all maps to got this achievement.

I had the crystal activated that decreases the amount of elites on the moon. I removed this crystal and managed to get the achievement

Idk what I'm doing wrong.
100% each map
Turned off the power crystal 4 elites
Ran on guardian I

Nvm, I figured out what I was doing wrong. Problem was my ability to read, go figure. Great guide

Also, it is definitely not necessary to run on guardian difficulty, idk why I thought It would help
