Start a new run on discovery difficulty.
You need to S rank all levels which is S for time AND kills.
Easily done just scour all the map killing all enemies before going through the doors of no return littered about.
I still have 3 quarters of time left after doing all the side caves etc so no need to rush just make sure both the time and the xp underneath the map says S on both.
