Xbox doesn't track this Achievement at all and there aren't any stats to display the amount of kills (Takedowns) you have done within the Xbox Menus. To track the amount of kills you have done so far, head over to your museum in the HQ area and click on Profile and it will display "Enemy Takedowns" - For getting kills, just play the game and enjoy!

Well over 10000 takedowns and still No achievement. But the 5000 one was also glitched and unlocked around 6500.
