This was way easier than I thought.
After you heal between rounds, from the robot that gives you 30% health back, you can just get your 5 headboinks on him. The only thing that's a lil tricky is making sure you don't end up hopping on the camper behind him. You might have to wiggle your landing a little bit to get it, but it wasn't too terrible for me. Looking down at my feet also helped see where I was gonna land.
A headboink is when you jump on an enemy and deal damage, hence the Mario reference.

I got this on a Goliath Worm. You find them in Oasis all the time and they have enough health and are big enough to hit 5 times very easily.

Looks like this can be done on ANY viable target - my son just popped this headbonking the pop-up targets in the shooting range mini game. That was fun!
