One of the easier achievements in this game. You can cut down the aggrivation by leaving only one enemy on the level. Its only level 1 so restarting isnt a big hassle if you don't get it.

In the first wave, kill all the other enemies except for a few Grunts. Before they speed up, try to get far as possible from them (such as going in the edges). When they speed up, they will go diagonally. Try to run off before they have just enough speed to knock you down. Try your best to avoid them as they run after you when you get to the opposing side. I got this achievement the moment I died.
