if you are decent at an instrument just do the expert 5, as it is wayyy less time consuming and will help when you are trying to get the later achievements that require you to play more hard or expert challenges. you dont have to 5 star them or anything, just pass the song

Just got this today. Had completed 25 on Medium but didn't pop. Then realised I'd completed a couple of band challenges where the other player played as Easy. AS a result, the challenges registered on Easy only.
Completed another couple of solo challenges on Medium and hey presto!

Just do exactly what it says. Go to the challenge screen and pick some challenges to do. You can do this solo or with some friends but be warned if your on expert and your friends on medium for example it will count the challenge beaten on medium difficulty. To see how many of the challenges you have completed look on the top of each challenge and you will see letters. The E is for easy the M for medium the H for hard and the X for expert.
