How to unlock the Flawless Drumming achievement in Rock Band 2 - Definitive Guide
On Expert Drums, hit 100% of the notes. Note that you don't have to full combo it, meaning you can over-drum and break your combo but still get the achievement.
The best song is Silver, by the Pixies, if you're willing to pay $2. Charlene (I'm Right Behind You) by Stephen and the Colberts, is a little harder, and is free download content, or try the best song from Rock Band 1, I Think I'm Paranoid by Garbage.
Whichever song you choose, avoid activating overdrive, then freestyle fills will replace the fills in the song, which can be combo breakers.
Edit 10/21/08
For a mere $2, you can buy Polly by Nirvana, by far the easiest expert drum full combo (if you stay awake). There are 8 notes. Eight. That's not even enough to get a 2x multiplier without overdrive, effectively maxing out the score at 250, resulting in a 3-star.
Attached is lMythiKl's video of the notechart.

Polly is worth the 2- not just for the achievements, but because of how great Nirvana is.

I scored this by playing the song "Polly" by Nirvana, it can be downloaded from the Music Store within the game or from the Xbox Live Marketplace for 160 gamerpoints.
The song itself has I believe only 8 notes which consists of hitting the yellow and green pads simultaneously. The song will only bring you a total of around 200 points total.
Enjoy...

If you don't want to spend the money, Charlene (I'm Right Behind You) should be beatable by pretty much anybody on expert, it's not as easy as Polly, but it's only a minute long, so there isn't even much time for you to make a mistake.

What's great about 100 % is that you don't even need well configured drums. If you're doing extra notes it won't prevent you from getting your achievement.

If you own Lego Rock Band and you export the tracks so you can play them in Rock Band 2, you'll find "Ride a White Swan" to be exceptionally easy. Never even have to use the kick pedal. Just alternate between red and blue, and yellow; with a green right at the end. If you ignore the fills you'll have a lot less notes to play.
Lady Gaga's "Just Dance" is a pretty basic, fundamental beat. I don't even consider myself an expert drummer but I had no problem getting this achievement on this song. We just moved and I couldn't find the drumsticks either so I had to use my hands and just kind of bongo out the tune.
If you don't have LIVE or Rock Band 1, play a song you're familiar with. I actually got the acheivment on "My Own Worst Enemy".
If you don't have LIVE and you passed RB 1 songs onto RB 2, I would give "Say It Ain't So" , "Main Offender" , or "Should I Stay or Should I Go" a shot. All are quite easy to pick up.
If you have LIVE and don't want to spend any money, download "Charlene (I'm Right Behind You)" it is an extremely short song (about a few seconds shorter than "Hello There". It's the easiest free song on the Store. This acheivment is easily combo'd with "Solid Gold, Baby!" on this song.
If you have LIVE and are willing to spend money, buy "Polly" by Nirvana. It consists of three double notes in total. It's so simplistic I doubt anyone could fail it. This song is not possibly combo'd with "Solid Gold, Baby!" as you can get a max of three stars on it.

If you're a fan of Nirvana, Gamerscore whoring, and EIGHT TOTAL DRUM NOTES, pick up the song "Polly" for $2. It's a good song, and I haven't met a soul with arms on this earth that could not hit a yellow-and-green combo every 45 seconds.
Psycho Killer I managed to get mine on. It took two attempts but all I did was not use my star power which broke up the song into more manageable portions.
Very straight forward beat to follow and with a little concentration most people, even those used to being on the Medium difficulty level, should be able to manage this. :)

If you don't have LIVE then do Nine in the Afternoon, it's WICKED easy.
I know this has been said before, but I'll say it again (with links to make it easier to purchase the song):
"Polly" by Nirvana
The song is available for $2 (160 Microsoft Points) as a single on Xbox LIVE Marketplace. There is also a pack that contains this song, if you like Nirvana that is.
Download links:
"Polly" by Nirvana (single)
OR
Nirvana Pack 01 (includes "Polly" and 6 other songs by Nirvana)
You can also play the same song again on Rock Band (the original release) for a similar achievement.
It is NOT possible to obtain the Solid Gold, Baby! achievement (5 gold stars) from this song on expert drums. The best you can get with 100% notes hit FC (Full Combo) and proper overdrive activation is 3 stars (250 points).

Alright, for this one you have to get 100% of the notes hit in a song as a drummer. Like I said in my tips, learn the footpedals first, then start to hit the other notes it makes it much easier. Most songs have the same pattern so if you get the pattern down you'll be good to go. Here are some easy drum songs you should be able to get 100% on.
If you're footpedal challenged or just can't seem to get this and you don't mind paying $2.00 for it, then Polly by Nirvana is easily the easiest drum song in the game. It has about 4 notes in the entire song and no footpedals. If you really can't get this trophy then here you go, they basically give it to you. Here's a video of how easy it is.
Thanks xdsella for the video.
Practice, practice, practice and more practice and you'll get this trophy.

Again, if you've done it on Rock Band 1, use that same song. You can use Silver by the Pixies which is by far the easiest song. Also, Charlene is easy too, it is only 90 seconds long. Any of the songs in the first Drum Challenge are easy, so try Livin' On a Prayer by Bon Jovi, Float On by Modest Mouse, Rebel Girl by Bikini Kill or Today by The Smashing Pumpkins. Another tip, once you get overdrive, don't use it. Just take a break during the fills, it will give you less notes.

Like the Flawless Fretwork trophy, this trophy is easiest to obtain on the Charlene track. Because it only lasts 90 minutes. If you can't use it, play "Silver" by the Pixies which is also a very simple composition. In addition, any composition from the first “Drum Challenge” is eligible for this trophy. Also, if you get overdrive while playing, don't use it. Just rest while pouring as there will be a lot less notes there. Moreover, you can get this trophy in the “Tug Of War” mode, which is much easier since it will have fewer notes than all the others.
