This is the best solution for this achievement.

Very Easy. Look At The Video For Help. So Want is The Easiest Song To Do This.
Easiest song is the Beastie Boys song, as mentioned in the other solutions. The tip I have is in regards to up-strumming, if you, for some reason, can not up strum reliably enough for this, turn lefty flip on. The 'song' only contains green notes, so you won't have to worry about backwards coordination for hand position. Turning Lefty on will enable you effectively down strum the whole song.
Other solutions may involve turning the guitar upside down, for a similar effect, or to try to strum with the D Pad.
A more fun solution is to find a song you enjoy, and practise it to perfection.

Another devotee of "Charlene (I'm Right Behind You)" by Stephen and the Colberts. While it took me about four or five tries to get it (I had just started playing bass on Expert), it's short enough, and easy enough to make this FREE DLC a great choice for this achievement.
The free DLC song "Charlene (I'm Right Behind You)" is very short and very easy on bass. Simply upstrum all of the notes and get 100% accuracy and the achievement will unlock after the song is over. Charlene is also a good song to get the Flawless Drumming and Fretwork achievements.
So whatcha want. you can also get the gold star a song, just hold down the wammy throughout the whole song
The very easiest way to get this achievement is to play "So Whatcha Want" by the Beastie Boys, on expert bass, and turn on your lefty flip. Then, play through the song as you would any other song, because the only notes in the entire song are green, and are very very simple to play. The only difference is that the green notes will be on the far righthand side of the chart.
When you put lefty flip on and strum downwards, the game will think you are strumming up, which means easy achievement for you!

You'll need to get 100% notes hit as a bassist, but you must upstrum only. That means on the strum bar strum towards you not away from you. The easiest song to do this on by far is So What'cha Want by The Beastie Boys. The whole song for bass is green notes. Alternatively if you play righty you can turn on lefty flip and you will be allowed to downstrum or if you play lefty just turn left flip off and you can downstrum, Thanks jamkor for that tip. Here's a video.

Again, So Watcha Want is by far the easiest to do this on. Theres only green notes the whole song and you will have a maximum of two notes on your screen at a time. If you're having trouble with the upstrums, change it to lefty flip (or vice versa if you're lefty) and keep the green fret held down and just strum down whenever the notes cross the line.

Just like the "Flawless Singing" trophy, the best song for this trophy is "So Wat'cha Want" by the Beastie Boys. Throughout the entire composition, only green notes will play; moreover, there will be no more than two notes on the screen at a time. So just hold down the green fret and strum when the next note crosses the line.
