To unlock the God Save the Band trophy in Rock Band 2 you simply need to complete a full set in one of the United Kingdom locations.

You'll unlock this as you progress in the game's Tour mode. Complete a set at The Underground, Saville Row or the Penfold Dome and the trophy will unlock.
