I got this by myself playing vocals, and guitar on easy.
The song I played to get this was Shania Twain's "Any Man of Mine". I'm sure it can be done with other songs as well.
TIPS:
I messed up a couple of times on vocals and guitar and still got it. Just let your overdrive fill up half way and trigger it right away on both instruments.

I missed two possible phrases 1 on easy vocals towards the beginning (it is a real bitch screaming into TurtleBeachs to get the overdrive to deplor for me lol) and 1 towards the end playing expert bass and cheevo still popped 2nd try! On bass there is a phrase towards the end where you can whammy hard and pull an overdrive deployment on just the one phrase from empty....DO NOT whammy past obtaining the overdrive but deploy immediatey and cease the whammy!...translates into not extending your OD next phrase, not being left with a quarter OD at the end, and an extra deployment if you are juuust shy of the cheevo. tnx 2 Deaner for the song suggestion,,,,a little metal for my taste;)

Does NOT have to be activated seperately. If a whole band activates at once, it will count as 4.
I personally got this with just a vocalist and drummer, but more people equals more overdrives.
Can be done on ANY difficulty.

I unfortunately can not remember; there's no one song that's really longer than the others. Try to do a guitar with another guitar or a drummer so you can utilize the unison bonuses.
