If you play righty. The easiest way to do this is to turn on lefty flip and play on easy. Doing this you can down-strum and only have to play the Green, Red and Yellow notes.

Good guide but I honestly found it easier to upstroke on easy than to play the guitar opposite hand.
I am left handed so I tried right handed first but switched back to lefty and just played upstrokes

Song is very easy, I did it on medium BUT if you are like me and mainly use the solo buttons you can not use them to get this achievement. I did it three times with the solo buttons with no luck but once with the regular and it popped.
