100% means to have a a full circle after each phrase and an AWESOME pop up.
A Couple tips even for novice singers (AKA Me):
1) You CAN pick easy. I suggest easy, even if you're a great singer; the vocal detection in Rock Band 1 isn't the best.
2) Hum along even before the note hits; this way you know your range before the note hits, and you'll actualy charge the bar a smidge before the note starts; which gives you a jump start on charging your bar.
3) If you feel like you're forcing out the high notes; see if you can go an octave lower; you may struggle on the lowest notes, but it will make the higher notes (of which they mostly are) a LOT easier. YOu may sound like an idiot; but it will save you on light headed-ness and your lungs won't feel as out of breathe as forcing the high notes.
4) IMPORTANT: The pattern for this song is generally the same for the chorus and the refrains (don't hate my lack of music knowledge). The only part that may get you, and DID get me, is during the solo. She will sing "Forever I will be" twice, each of which has a short phrase, so if you're not expecting it, you'll miss it. Just remember it's all around the same high key, but the "be" goes up a small step, not down like most of her other notes.
5) Good Luck! It's much easier than you would think. I can't even beat a lot of songs on Hard in Rock Band 2, but I got this on my second try on easy. 99% on my first attempt, but that part at the end got me.

So... playing on Easy AND Humming instead of singing. Bravo, must be real proud of your achievement. I don't see why they don't have more expert instrument-specific achievements. They do for guitar and drums, why not reward the good vocalists too?

i got it first try actually singing but you should have mentioned about how the song has hard pitches cause it does have them
