Hardest part will be finding 4 friends who can play on Hard/Expert.
This is not an overly difficult song, but your drummer's leg WILL get tired on Expert as it is non-stop.
Guitar is not too bad, except for a minor rough spot on the beginning of the Solo.
Bass will be constant and a little bit all over the place; just have someone who's good at hitting constantly changing notes. Technically difficult; but nowhere near assinine.
Vocalists should just know the song, it's nothing complicated.
And remember; you only need to PASS the song. Save your overdrive just in case anyone starts to struggle. Use the drummer and vocalists first and save the bass/guitar since the initial two don't have as many free oppurtinites to use theirs.
