Complete all the songs from the solo tour, medium difficulty.
You do NOT have to play any dlc or bonus songs to get this achievement.
If you struggle with any songs on this difficulty, ask a friend who is capable at this level. Will have to be done locally though.
NOTE: Playing through the medium solo tour will also unlock the string shredder achievement. Credit to PickAxPete

FYI: Completing the guitar career on Medium will also unlock the achievement for beating the guitar career on Easy.
