As you play through the Band Wold Tour you'll get invited to play a setlist with the bus symbol next to it. Just beat this setlist to unlock the bus and the achievement.

Can you do coop online band world tour? or do you have to do it on the same console?

Not sure. I did mine on my own or co-op on the same console. I would have thought you could, especially if you're the host.
