You can unlock Moby Dick (level name Pacific Ocean) by earning 90 stars. The boss itself requires three (3) hits to go down. Each hit is done by:
1. Complete the timed "race" section.
2. Once you cross the finish line, jump in Dick's mouth.
3. Smash the three pepper barrels and then hit Dick's uvula (the mini tongue hanging from the top).
