How to unlock the The Critic achievement in Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break - Definitive Guide

After you play an online level (Break > Community Levels), it'll pop up with a screen at the end of the match with options to "Restart," "Back to main menu," and "Rate." Select the "Rate" option and you should have this unlock immediately after you finish rating the map.

Personally, I just rated the map "Em" (ID 3E4TM) after I used that map for the Rally Boulder achievement.

Is the servers are still working as I can't see any of community levels

I don't know whats going on but i can't find any community levels in the online section. I can only play Campaign Levels online.
So is this broken ?
