The easiest level to get this achievement on is the "Braindwashed" level. Play on easy, and go for the evil ending. If you destroy the nice things it is easier then destoying the evil pictures.

To do this one you want to select the level "Brainwashed" which as at the end of the game. I got this one in under 2 minutes by simply choosing to go evil. What I mean by this is any picture that is green, change it to red. You can do this on easy difficulty and it should be done very fast if you are 100% accurate.
