You fight this boss on the 4th level after the level "On The Beach". The fight is pretty simple, just strum along with what it tells you to, and then when it stomps at you strum the notes by it's feet. You will have to strum the same set of notes twice in a row in order to hurt it, so be ready to play them a second time. Use this technique throughout the fight.
