Get yourself a boosting buddy.
Set up a ranked lobby, using Blitzkreig Bop as the song choice (that being the shortest), and selecting Beginner for the difficulty. Have your friend search for your match.
Unfortunately, quitting out does not count as a win for the other player, so it needs to be seen through to the end of each song. I can confirm that the player winning needs only to hit 1 successful note, so long as the loser does nothing.
Timescale - I just did this with a boosting partner (cheers Andy) - 6 hours and 23 minutes in total, netting us the achievements for:- 50 wins each, 100 total played, a co-op song, and the Band vs Band. Quite a grind.... but they're done now so yippee!!!!
