This can be done on your own with two controllers of any sort.
Just go to Multiplayer and then choose Local and then Versus.
You will then have a choice as to what difficulty you want to play and it does not matter what you choose as the achievement will unlock on all difficulties.
In this mode, neither player can fail so the best thing is to just choose Blitzkrieg Bop as it is a short song and play as many notes as you like (just make sure you have more points than the other controller at the end).
When the song finishes you get the option to play again, choose that and play nine more times for a quick achievement.
You do not have to play Blitzkrieg Bop 10 times but if you just want to get it done then it makes it quick. You could even turn the sound right down and just do something else whilst playing a couple of notes every few minutes.
