Just go to Multiplayer, choose Xbox Live and then pick Co-op. It does not matter whether the match is public or private and you can invite someone in to play with you.
As with all the other online multiplayer achievements there is no difficulty requirement so just find a friend (as other online players are few and far between) and finish up any song to unlock this.
