There is no difficulty requirement for this achievement so you can do it on whatever difficulty with which you are most comfortable.

I would recommend playing Blitzkrieg Bop or Dirty Little Secret as both are easy and not too long for you to miss a note.

You do not have to FC the song, just make sure you hit 100% of the notes and this can be done in Co-op, Versus or the Band Battle mode.
