For this, you are probably best getting a friend to help you for two reasons. 1) There is practically no online presence and 2) there will be no worry of losing a game and thus your streak.
This one has to be done in Ranked so go through all of the Multiplayer menus making sure to choose ranked over player. Once here, you will either need to search for a quick match or create one depending on which of you wants to host.
Then just go ahead and let whoever wants to get the streak first win the song. The player losing does not even need to hit any notes at all for it to count and you can play on any difficulty.
When the match finished it will take you back to the menu again anyway as it is ranked and you will have to set up a new game so every song will count as one game.
Once you have finished the fifth song and the stats screen comes up, the achievement should pop.
