You don't actually have to play the entire song to unlock this achievement. Just go to rehearsal, select the song "Sk8er Boi" on Expert, and select "Intro" for start AND end. The intro is obviously rather short and easy even on Expert, so you should have no issues.

From the main menu select "Rehearsal" and then "Practice", now pick the song you want to do it on, "Sk8er Boi" is recommended due to it being so easy even on expert, personally I played "Stone Cold Crazy" because there's not a whole lot of guitar to play and it's not that hard, "Blitzkrieg Bop" is another example of an easy song on expert, it's also the shortest song in the game so that could be a good choice, mix it around and see what you feel comfortable and you shouldn't have too much trouble with this one.

I just got this one by starting to play a few notes of All My Life, then quitting out with a 100% score. So you may not even have to finish the song section.

For this achievement you have you hit 100% of the notes in a song on expert going at half speed. I found that All The Small Things on Bass is easiest as it is short and has no tricky bits.
