Just take an extra guitar or controller and leave it on. Play one note on the controller or guitar you want to get the achievement and just wait for the song to be over. Repeat five times and the achievement will unlock. (The song you pick does not matter just as long as five are done.)

Just wanted to add that you can hit "Play Again" and just keep playing the song over and over. 5 times for this achievement and 10 times for that other achievement. Otherwise a good solution. thumbs up man.

Do the same as what the other guy said but pick blitzkrieg bop cus its the shortest song in the game.
