How to unlock the Heard 'em All achievement in Rock Revolution - Definitive Guide
I just got this. I think it's easiest with an Xbox Controller, enter in STUDIO and select JamSession, then select your sound as drum and you'll see the seven notes for the drumpad (the RockRevolution one I guess). What you have to do now is press the A(green) button and strum (press the D-Pad up or down) to play a sound for that drum, next, press pause and change the type of drum and repeat for each type of drum sounds.
Next, select Guitar sounds and repeat, press A and strum for each of the sounds in the guitar.
The achievement should pop at the last guitar part. Hope it helps.
Edit MAR/2011: Added the missing info on strumming, thanks Chino Skeleton
Edit FEB/2012: The Ju1ce and Tasty Pastry confirm that you only need to press one button for each type of instrument. Now reflected in the solution. Thanks!

When in the studio go to:
“Track Menu”, “Track 1”, “Select Sound”
Now, play a note from every sound in every group. Make sure you listen to them from all five groups:
Drums
Rock Guitars
Other Guitars
Solo Guitars
Bass

I had to use the d-pad for all the guitar sounds for some reason, but the controller is definately the best choice.

Definitely easier with the standard controller.
