Just take an extra guitar or controller and leave it on. Play one note on the controller or guitar you want to get the achievement and just wait for the song to be over. Repeat ten times and done. (The song you pick does not matter just as long as ten are done.)

Just wanted to add: Blitzkrieg Bop is said to be the shortest song. Hit "Play Again" after the song and just do it 5 times for the "5 local vs wins" achievement, and 5 more times for this achievement.
