Easy enough, you can obtain this after a career has all discs to platinum. Once you double platinum a section, you unlock a new character. Just keep track of which characters have already been used, and do this while completing the career.
This can be done on any difficulty, but REMEMBER, you must play SONG PERFORMANCES, not challenges, with each character.
