How to unlock the Looking Fly achievement in Rocket Arena - Definitive Guide

Under the Competitors tab pick any character then outfit. After the tutorial and 1 arena match I realized had 20k silver rocket currency available and outfit prices start at 13k.

You can level up and unlock an outfit. I had one for free to pick. Not entirely sure if it was free from the beginning. The character was Plink for anyone wondering
