The easiest and fastest way to do this is to just go to Exhibition and set it to 1 goal games in custom settings. Just score and repeat 5 times.

This achievement and super victorious seem to be glitched, but in a good way lol. I just bought the game today, played 2 matches (lost first, won second). On completion of the second game it popped 2 legitimate achievements earned but it also popped the other 2.

As the description says you only need to win 5 games in total.
Offline counts as well so playing seasons or exhibition on rookie difficulty is an easy way to get those 5 wins as online is at the moment having its problems with servers and is also a lot harder to win as opponents tend to be quite good.

This is earned by winning 5 games of any type. This achievement is accumulative and won't take long to obtain by playing the game normally.
If you want to speed up the process, load up an Exhibition game with these settings:
Arena/Map: Any
Team Size: 1v1
Bot Difficulty: No Bots
Mutator Settings: Max Goal = 1
Now you can pick any team you want (it will only be you) and simply make a goal which will end the match immediately and count towards a win. Rinse and repeat this method 5 times for your achievement.

See Super Victorious. You will unlock this naturally very early on, while completing gameplay-related trophies. Simply win 5 games. The trophy will unlock as soon as you win your 5th game.
