This requires you to win a 1v1 match in any game mode, against human or bot does not matter.
To get this super quick:
- Go to Exhibition
- Arena = DFH Stadium (any arena will do though)
- Team Size = 1v1
- Bot Difficulty = Rookie
- Go into Mutator Settings and change "Max Score" to 1 Goal
- Create Match
- Choose either team
- Just hold your boost right off the start going directly at the ball, just as you are about to hit the ball brake (milliseconds before, this is just to prevent the ball hitting the crossbar instead of going in)
- Because the bot will rush the ball as well but without as much boost you will always send it right over the bot into the goal
This will take you less than a minute to set up and finish.

You can even desactivate bots, so you play solo, you with this achievement plus the two over (get 3 and 5 goals I think)

All 4 Vs achievements (1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4) can be done solo with one controller and no bots:
Setup an exhibition match and set the team size to the appropriate size for the achievement and leave it 'No Bots' then in the Mutator settings set 'Max Score' to '1 Goal' then begin the match.

to auto join the teams and just accelerate sing 
forwards, do not boost as the ball wont go in. Skip the replay and the achievement is yours.

anyone do this several times and it not unlock? I've won 9 regular season games and Exhibition games to no avail. Although I noticed it also isn't tracking my shots at goal or saves either...
