[EASY SOLUTION]

Most achievements in this game work on solo AND without bots!
Start an Exibition/Friendship match with 0 bots and just drive at the wall until it unlocks.

You can combine this and the Turbocharger achievement together in an exhibition match.

Setup a 1v1 exhibition match with no bots and apply the following mutator settings:
• Match Length - Unlimited
• Max Score - 1 Goal
• Boost Amount - Unlimited
And start the match

Once loaded press to auto join teams and immediately start holding to use your turbo and head up onto the wall, now drive around the side of the wall continuously whilst boosting and once your 5 minutes are up your achievements should pop in game (the achievement tracker doesn't update very often for some reason on these)
Once done score the only goal to end the match.

You can just drive around on walls for 5 minutes like an idiot.

Most efficient solution however is this:

- Load custom game, no bots, unlimited time, unlimited goals as mutators.
- Drive to a corner of the pitch so you begin to mount the bottom of the dome wall and creep forward. Then just leave your car there at a 45 degree angle. If you do it right it should stay stationary, but will also will be on the dome wall and NOT on the pitch. Get your tracker open in a snap app, if it work, go make a sandwich and come back and you'll be 15G better off.

I found this by accident, I was getting a drink and the achievement popped as I left my car in the corner not quite touching the floor (I was winning 6-1 with 2 mins left)

Also very possible you'll get this just working towards all other achievements.
